Grow for Life is taking some time to reflect on where it is now heading after being founded more than seven years ago.
We started this process in Newton St Loe village hall recently, with volunteers, staff, trustees and trainees.
We have a real opportunity to draw on the experiences of the growing and diverse team to build on the foundations that were set and really wrestle with where our future direction lies.
