Our purpose is to nurture people so that they flourish.

We provide social and therapeutic gardening sessions for people affected by low confidence, anxiety, depression or isolation.

These individuals are invited to join us as new gardeners.

There will be plenty to do, including a bug hunt and building wildlife habitats for some of the many wonderful creatures that make homes in our little corner of Bath.

“How can I get involved?” Is a question we often hear at Grow for Life, well, we’d love to encourage you to host your own Garden Party this June to share what we do with your friends and family and to hopefully raise our profile and some funds.

Our sessions

New gardeners attend weekly gardening sessions led by friendly and experienced horticulturists and mentor volunteers.

Together they help to look after beautiful gardens and greenhouses in and around Bath.

Our new gardeners acquire horticultural skills in a fun, informal and encouraging environment, whilst having an opportunity for meaningful social interaction. This is the start of their journey with us.
