The Botanical

This week our social and therapeutic gardening group were out and about in the Botanical gardens of Victoria Park.

With the recent rain and sunshine, some of the less welcome plants were making fast progress, covering many other plants in their bid to dominate.

And so our group spent some satisfying time de-bindweeding.

Sticky weed was also found during our tasks.

There was ample time for good conversation, warm ups and sit downs…a pleasure gardening together in the beautiful gardens.
