Do you love meeting people, making connections and bringing communities together?
We're looking for a Community Engagement Lead working across Bath, North East Somerset and Wiltshire, who loves meeting people, building relationships and making a difference.
Help us grow the number of people we can support through our therapeutic gardening sessions by increasing our connections with local communities, healthcare professionals, churches and supporters
This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll be:

Building relationships with local organisations, healthcare professionals and community groups

Raising awareness and increasing referrals to our gardening programmes

Organising events, sharing our stories and inspiring others to get involved
We're looking for someone who's a natural networker, a confident communicator and passionate about making a difference.

We're recruiting volunteers for Spring!
We have a wonderful group of volunteers who support the work of Grow for Life in a very practical way, coming alongside our Gardeners during sessions to support them as they flourish
As our provision expands, we'd love to develop our group of regular volunteers.
