About the session
Join us in the Walled Garden, which is Grow for Life’s home, where we are restoring a disused, unloved walled garden and bringing it back to life.
Our gentle, mindful 12 week sessions are practical and accesible to all levels of fitness.
Activities over the twelve sessions will include sowing seeds, planting out, making compost, weeding, saving seed, havesting our share of crops for the group and wildlife surveys.
Things to know
The sessions will be led by Eleanor, one of Grow for Life’s team member, who will be supported with volunteers.
Do bring a snack and a drink for our mid-session break time, and seasonally appropriate outdoor clothing.
