Meet the Team
Grow for Life horticultural sessions are led by experienced gardeners most of whom have attended Social Therapeutic Horticulture training with Thrive UK. All session leaders and team members are experienced in working with and mentoring vulnerable adults, have attended mental health first aid training and are DBS checked. Grow for Life team members all have excellent interpersonal skills and are renowned for being friendly, welcoming, encouraging and approachable.
Grow for Life was founded on Christian principles and values which remain at the heart of the organisation’s ethos. However Grow for Life welcomes trainees from all faiths and no faith backgrounds.
